Perrysburg business to receive $10 million from stimulus plan

PERRYSBURG (WTOL) - A Perrysburg business will receive a financial boost from the Ohio Jobs Stimulus Plan.

Gov. Ted Strickland has announced Willard and Kelsey will receive a $10 million loan from the Ohio Jobs Stimulus Plan.

Willard and Kelsey, which makes thin solar panels, currently operates one manufacturing line and hopes to expand to 16 lines with 3,500 workers.
