WOOD COUNTY, OH (WTOL) - The Wood County Sheriff's Department arrested five people in a drug trafficking bust from crimes committed in six different Wood County towns. Suspect David Ingmire remains at large.
"Our emphasis is going after the little guy that's dealing the drugs and doing the small crimes," said Wood County Sheriff Mark Wasylyshyn. "You take care of them, the big ones go away too."
Police are still looking for Ingmire of Grand Rapids who has a felony warrant out for his arrest. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Wood County Sheriff's Office at (419) 354-9001.
Anthony Mendoza of North Baltimore and Nolan Decker of Whitehouse have been charged with felony theft.
Charged with drug trafficking are David Ramirez of Bowling Green, Harley Roberts of Weston and Meaghan Graber of Bowling Green.
Sheriff Wasylyshyn says the crimes the suspects have been arrested for happened in Bairdstown, Jerry City, Cygnet, Custar, Bowling Green and Grand Rapids. He added, "We want to make life miserable for the drug dealers in Wood County because of all of the other crimes that go along with that. Because of the break-ins, the thefts, shop lifting and the potential robberies."
