TOLEDO, OH (WTOL) - Imagine having a loved one murdered and police have evidence that could pinpoint the criminal but you have to wait months to get answers.
In fact, this is the situation for more than a few people in northwest Ohio, despite Ohio Attorney General Richard Cordray's opinion that the Bureau of Criminal Investigation has recently made major progress.
