TOLEDO -- Mayor Carty Finkbeiner is still dealing with the fall-out from his decision to un-invite the Marines from training in the Glass City.

Finkbeiner received an unfriendly welcome when he showed up to throw out the first pitch at the "Snowball Softball Tournament," Saturday, in Central Toledo.

The Mayor has signed city council legislation apologizing to the 200 Marines who were turned away from training in the glass city.
