SOUTH TOLEDO (WTOL) - One person is dead after a head-on crash in Toledo Wednesday morning, October 8.

It happened near the intersection of South and Spencer in south Toledo.

Police say Jack Clinton of Toledo was driving on South when he went left of center and slammed into a vehicle headed the other director driven by Jorean Woods of Toledo.

Police say Clinton died from the impact of the crash. Woods was taken to UTMC with minor injuries.

What caused Clinton to go left of center remains under investigation.
