667 West Sterns Road - This facility sits on 5 acres of wooded land with beautiful country-like surroundings. This location provides an advanced level of special care.

7340 Jackman Road - This facility is our memory care facility. It has 20 semi-private and private rooms all on one floor.
We have a dog and a bird for the enjoyment of residents and visitors.
