CrimeTracker: Get a clue -- that behavior could mean he's an arsonist

When investigators began looking into a series of fires in south Toledo, they noticed something: One person kept showing up at the scene.

And, as it turns out, Allen Quintanilla has now been charged with arson. His behavior fits perfectly into a pattern followed by other arsonists.
