TOLEDO, OH (WTOL) - Lucas County Sheriff's deputies need your help finding a man who raped a 15 year old in a revenge plot.
Tonight's offender tried to get a job with the victim's relative.
When things didn't work out, he broke into the victim's house, tied her up and raped her.
36 year old Billy Ray Pierce was convicted in 2000 for kidnapping, rape and aggravated burglary.
He was released from prison in January of this year and registered himself as homeless in Toledo with prison personel.
Pierce must register himself as a sex offender every 90 days with the county but has failed to do so.
Pierce stands 5'-11", weighs 200 pounds and has brown eyes and brown hair.
