Charles Franklin Batie told his 6-year-old victim he was playing a game called mommy and daddy.

Batie, 40, served 18 months on an attempted gross sexual imposition conviction in 2006. He must register as a sex offender twice a year but failed to show up last month.

Batie stands 5 ft. 8  in. tall and weighs 240 lbs.
