Recipe from Anthony LaMarr of HI
4 boneless chicken breast
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons of basil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup of sliced almonds
3 cloves of fresh diced garlic
1/2 stick of butter
1/3 cup of olive oil
Mix all DRIED items except the almonds in a large bowl, then lightly dust chicken breast in flour mixture.
Add oil to frying pan and lay in the chicken breast. Cover and cook for twenty minutes over medium heat until it is throughly cooked through.
Once chicken is cooked, add butter, then garlic, and almonds last. Stir it up.
Serve over rice or potatoes.
