16ounces rotini or other pasta of your choice
8 oz Ricotta Cheese
Spaghetti Sauce
1 pkg (4 links) Italian Sausage
Break up and cook sausage in pan until done. Boil pasta until tender and drain, rinse with cold water. Mix sausage with seasonings of your choice, preferably italian flavor. Mix in your Ricotta cheese thoroughly. Mix with noodles. Serve.
*If you prefer to have that "BAKED" setting, place into baking dish when ready to serve and shred some mozzerella on top with some parmesean cheese too and bake til melted.
