(WTOL) - Lucas County Sheriff's deputies need your help finding the man who victimized two women.
Forty-three-year-old Timothy Leon Rogers must register as a sex offender for the rest of his life, but Lucas County deputies have not heard from him in a year and a half.
When he was 26, he was charged with aggravated battery and attempted criminal sexual assault against 18- and 20-year-old women.
He served his prison time in Illinois but then moved to Toledo. Last year he told authorities he'd be moving to Texas or Missouri but never registered a new address.
Rogers stands 6 ft. and weighs 200 lbs.
