TOLEDO, OH (WTOL) - Lucas County Sheriff's Deputies need your help getting a sex offender off the streets.
Tonight's offender attacked a 21-year-old woman who lived near him.
She said he pounded on her door, tore off her clothes and raped her.
Jose flores is 30-years-old. He served six years in prison for attempted rape.
He must now register as a sex offender every 90 days but failed to come in in May.
Flores last lived on Manhattan. He stands 5'7" and weighs 145 pounds.
