(WTOL) - Lucas County Deputies need your help finding the man who had sex with an underage girl.
At a party, the victim told adults she had sex with our predator.
She was 13. He was 24.
Now David Alan Williams is 35-years old.
In 2001, he was convicted for corruption of a minor.
He served 11 months in prison and must register as a sex offender twice a year for the rest of his life.
Deputies say Williams failed to register last May, and that is a felony.
Williams stands 6'0" tall and weighs 170 pounds.
