(WTOL) - Lucas County Sheriff's Deputies need your help finding the man who forced himself on a 15-year-old girl.
Now 24-years-old, Joseph Evans was 15 when he committed the crime.
He was committed to a juvenile treatment program and must register as a sex offender once a year.
Evans was convicted of criminal sexual conduct in 2000 in Michigan.
He's moved to Toledo, was due in to register in January, but deputies say he failed to show up.
Evans stands 6'0" tall and weighs 260 pounds.
He last lived in the 300 block of Central Avenue.
