Fewer than 18 percent of the registered voters in Toledo actually voted in the September primary.

I thought some perspective might help you understand how lame this really is. If the 10 people behind me (watch video) represent all of the registered voters in Toledo, this is how little you cared (eliminate 8½ people from the line). 

I hope you care more in November.
