TOLEDO, OH (WTOL) - Lucas County Sheriff's Deputies need your help getting a rapist off the streets.
George Lapoint, 45, forced himself on a 12-year-old girl.
She was able to push him off and ran to a neighbor's for help.
Lapoint was convicted for attempted rape in 1995 and was released from prison in 2002.
Lapoint must register as a sex offender every 90 days for the rest of his life. He was due in last month but failed to show up.
Lapoint stands 5'9" and weighs 140 pounds.
His last known address was on west Alexis.
