Assists clients in obtaining employment and improving the quality of their lives.  Harbor works with Ohio Jobs and Family Services, the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation and Worker's Compensation to find gainful employment for people in our community.  We provide comprehensive vocational services including:

We have relationships with over 300 employers in the region covering a wide variety of fields.
