Lavender Fruit Sparkler
Makes 1 Serving
1/4 cup frozen blueberries and raspberries
1-2 teaspoons agave lavender syrup, or to taste
1/4 cup pomegranate juice
Sparkling water
Sprig of mint for garnish
In a tall glass, add frozen fruit, lavender syrup and pomegranate juice and stir. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a sprig of mint.
Note: This can be made into a cocktail by substituting Prosecco or sparkling wine for the sparkling water.
Spa Water
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
Filtered water
Add cucumber, lime and fresh mint to a pitcher. Cover with filtered water, enough to fill the pitcher. Cover water and refrigerate, at least 4 hours and up to 2 days.
Pour spa water into a glass (avoiding pouring out the solids) and garnish with a wedge or lime of extra mint, if desired.
