(WTOL) - Lucas County deputies need your help finding the man who raped a 13-year-old girl.
Police arrested Tawan Dixon when he was 15-years-old.
Now he must register as a sex offender every three months for the rest of his life.
Dixon is 27 now.
Dixon first broke into the home of a 38-year-old woman and stole from her.
A month later, he broke into another home and forced a teenager asleep inside into sex acts.
Dixon served five years behind bars and was scheduled to register in January. he didn't do so.
Dixon stands 6'0" and weighs 235 pounds.
