Another fire in south Toledo neighborhood plagued by arson

TOLEDO, OH (WTOL) - Fire investigators are calling a house fire suspicious that broke out in the 1300 block of Gordon near Western around 2:30 a.m. in south Toledo.

The house was vacant, so crews say no one was injured. They do say it took them hours to get the fire out.

Meanwhile, investigators are looking into a string of arsons in that neighborhood over the past week.

They ask anyone with information about the person responsible for the fires to call CrimeStoppers at (419) 255-1111.
