How many people in this town have to be brutally attacked and bitten by ill-bred and out-of-control dogs before we come to our senses?
We are not talking about Lassie having a bad day. These are vicious dogs. Good dogs don't leap over fences and maul people.
Strict dog control is a necessary fact of life!
We need tough rules and we need to enforce them. These dogs need to be taken off of the street and put down. And when the irresponsible owners can be identified, they should be hit with stiff fines.
Maybe then people will stop getting chewed up like an episode of shark week on the Discovery Channel.
