Balance Pan Asian Grille -- Banging Noodles
An Asian-fusion stir fry using store bought ingredients. Featuring linguini noodles, fresh vegetables, fresh vegetables and seafood, and mildly spicy tangy sauce.
Sauce ingredients:
Soy Sauce - 5 tbsp
Hoisin Sauce - 1 tbsp
Mirin - 1 tbsp
Chili Sauce - 2 tbsp
Fresh Ginger - 1/2 tbsp
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Garlic - 3 cloves
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and hold
Ingredients:
Cooked linguini - 24 oz
Julienne Zucchini - 1 oz
Julienne Carrots - 1 oz
Julienne Green Peppers - 1 oz
Julienne White Onions - 1 oz
Baby corn - 1 oz
Sliced Mushrooms - 1 oz
25 ct Jumbo Shrimp - 6 pieces
Roasted Peanuts - Small handful
Chopped Scallions - 2 tbsp
Chopped Cilantro - 1 tbsp
Lime Wedge - 1-2
Vegetable Oil - 5 tbsp
Directions: Start with a couple of tablespoons of oil, and saute shrimp until just done, remove and hold. Add another tbsp of oil, and cook vegetables for a minute, add noodles, and heat through. Plate, top with shrimp. Cook sauce briefly to thicken. Garnish with peanuts, scallions, cilantro, and squeeze of lime!
