(WTOL) - Lucas Co. Sheriff's Deputies need your help getting a rapist off the street.
Paul Heath Butler, 44, attacked his victim while she was asleep on her living room couch.
He got in through the unlocked patio door and was stopped by her husband.
He was convicted for attempted sexual battery in 1997.
He served 11 months behind bars.
Butler is a tier three offender which means he must register his whereabouts with the county every 90 days. He was due in this April but failed to show up.
Butler stands 5'9" and weighs 150 lbs.
