(WTOL) - Lucas County Sheriff's Deputies need your help finding a man who committed sex crimes against a young teenage girl.
Thomas Chester Huckaby, 24, had illegal sexual contact with a 14-year-old when he was 18. Now he must register as a sex offender twice a year.
He was convicted of unlawful sexual conduct out of Sylvania in 2005 and was sentenced to three years probation.
Huckaby was a no show in court for this month and cannot be found at his registered address.
Huckaby stands 5'2" and weighs 170 lbs.
He also goes by the name of Gary Ballard.
