Predator Alert Update: Huckaby in custody

(WTOL) - Thomas Huckaby, 24, was featured on News 11 last week as our Predator of the Week. Wednesday, he went before a judge.

He was convicted of unlawful sexual conduct in 2005.

He missed a court appearance this month for failing to register as a sex offender.

He was issued a bench warrant.
