1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup lightly salted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. confectioners sugar (powdered sugar)
6oz. semi sweet chocolate
2 Tbsp. vegetable shortening
Mix well in a bowl : peanut butter
with hands until smooth
Form balls. Place balls on baking sheet and freeze till hard.
Melt chocolate and shortening in a double-boiler until smooth. Dip balls and let set.
Makes approximately 5 dozen (60 pieces)
