Radio host Andrew Z facing more legal troubles

TOLEDO, OH (WTOL) - Radio Personality Andrew Zepeda is now dealing with a civil suit on top of the criminal charges he is facing.

The Westfield Franklin Park Mall claims in a suit filed Tuesday that Zepeda owes them nearly $10,000 in unpaid rent and late fees.

Zepeda is also facing charges of failure to pay income tax and complicity to breaking and entering in connection with his now closed restaurant at Levis Commons.
