
Makes about 9 cups
Ingredients
___ 4 cp mayonnaise
___ 2 cps sour cream
___ 4 cloves crushed garlic
___ 2/3 cp sugar
___ ¼ cp white wine vinegar
___ 1 1/2 lb Blue cheese crumbled
___ 2/3 cp light olive oil
___ 2 tsp salt
Preparation
1st Place 1 lb of the blue cheese in a mixing bowl and mash it with the sugar, salt and
garlic until smooth. (A KitchenAid mixer with the paddle works best)
2nd Mix in vinegar
3rd Stir in sour cream and blend well
4th Stir in mayonnaise
5th Mix in the oil, them fold in the remaining blue cheese.
This recipe can be reduced in half if you like, but I find it seems to go really fast around my house. It's a great dip for wings or veggies too.
