FFB Cajun Spice Mix
4 oz. Garlic-butter veggies
4 oz. Rosemary Redskin Mashers
2 oz. Watermelon salsa
Honey glaze in a squirt bottle
Dredge salmon in Cajun spice and shake off excess.
Cook to medium temperature (pink slightly translucent in the center), approximately 4 minutes per side.
Arrange ingredients in large bowl.
Place salsa on top of salmon.
Drizzle glaze from edge-to-edge of bowl, 5 to 6 passes.
Parsley, and lemon wedge
