Recipe from Claudette Daigle
2 cups butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups sugar
5 cups blended oatmeal
2 teaspoon baking powder
24oz bag chocolate chips
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 8oz Hershey's bar
3 cups pecans chop
1 24 oz. white chocolate chip (optional)
Cream butter, and both sugar. Add eggs, and vanilla. Mix well the flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Add chips, Hershey's bar, and nuts. You might have to use your hands at this point (very hard to do with a spoon). Roll into balls, and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookies sheets, bake for 6 minutes at 375 degrees, let cool on rack and enjoy.
