4-5 potatoes, cut in small cubes
1 small onion, diced
1/2 cup celery
3 T butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 pound of Velvetta cheese OR 8 oz package of shredded cheddar cheese
Put potatoes, onion, celery and butter into a saucepan. Cover with water and cook until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes. Add the mushroom soup, milk and cheese. Cook until throughly heated. Add black pepper just before serving if you wish.
