9.9 FEET LATE IN THE MORNING. THE RIVER WILL FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE BY

HEADING FOR THE WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT 2 TO 3 INCHES
OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN ACROSS A PORTION OF THE WARNED AREA.
