TOLEDO, OH (WTOL) - The hearing to reveal the results of Kevin Wolever's psychological examination has been pushed back to 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 22.
The psychological examination will establish if Wolever is competent to stand trial and whether he will be able to enter a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity.
Wolever was arraigned on charges last November that he shot at Fire Station 6 on Starr Avenue in September, left a bag of charcoal with a canister of propane inside of it in front of Fire Station 18 on Lewis and lit it up. Wolever was also charged with opening fire on fire station 6 again.
Wolever was a city fire inspector who exhibited irrational behavior in the month before the attacks. He admitted to leaving work early to go to sleep or to go to strip clubs.
Wolever is also the son of former Fire Chief Mike Wolever.
