TOLEDO, OH (WTOL) - Kadie McCurdy, 27, of Temperance, Michigan changed her plea to no contest on a charge of leaving the scene of the an accident.
She was originally charged with the aggravated vehicular homicide after police say she hit and killed Christopher Moles last August as he crossed the street at Laskey and Burnham.
McCurdy was found guilty of failing to stop after an accident.
McCurdy will be sentenced in March and faces one to five years in prison.
Records show McCurdy had a blood alcohol content of more than twice the legal limit when officers found her.
