WTOL11 Editorial: Former Mayors wrong to criticize Bell

TOLEDO, OH (WTOL EDITORIAL) - A little while ago former Toledo Mayors Jack Ford and Carty Finkbeiner performed a very public duet.  The notes they hit were all low and were directed at current Mayor Mike Bell. 

Even though politicians are fair game for criticism, Finkbeiner and Ford were off-key.   Mayor Bell has the authority and the obligation to address personnel issues within his administration.  As for the former mayors, I wish instead they had rallied around something positive.
