
NAPOLEON, OH (WTOL) – Michael Peddicord was indicted on felony murder charges Tuesday by a Henry County Grand Jury.
Peddicord, 22, is accused of killing his 19-year-old fiancée Katilyn Nagel on January 16. Police believe Peddicord stabbed Nagel to death in a bedroom of his home in the 500 block of West Main Street in Napoleon.
Peddicord entered a not guilty plea Wednesday. His $2 million bond has been continued.
A pre-trial will be held March 1 at 9 a.m. A jury trial is set for March 26, but is subject to change.
