Activists to deliver 'State of the 99%' address in Toledo

TOLEDO, OH (WTOL) - As Governor Kasich delivers his State of the State speech, activists in Toledo will deliver "State of the 99%" address.

It's scheduled outside One Government Center in downtown Toledo at 1 p.m., the same time the governor will begin his address in Steubenville.

The activists say they plan to "call out Kasich for his corporate handouts while cutting funding for local governments, schools, and the vital services the 99% need."
