Get a Walleye game ticket by donating blood

TOLEDO, OH (WTOL) - The Toledo Walleye are hosting their third annual blood drive in which participants receive a game ticket.

The drive takes place Wednesday, Feb. 15 from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Huntington Center in downtown Toledo. The blood drive will be held in the Aquarium at the arena, located at 500 Jefferson Avenue in Toledo.

Everyone who comes to donate at the Walleye blood drive will receive a ticket to a Walleye game and entries to win special prizes including memorabilia and a chance to meet players and mascots.

To schedule an appointment, call 1-800-RED-CROSS or visit redcrossblood.org and enter the sponsor code: TOLEDOWALLEYE.

Parking is free at the Port Lawrence Garage if you pick up a parking pass at the blood drive.

The event is co-sponsored by Clear Channel Broadcasting.
