8 egg whites
2 cup sugar
4 tablespoon Corn Starch
2 teaspoon White Vinegar
Pinch of Salt
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
Beat eggs until soft peaks. Gradually add sugar. Beat until hard peaks. Fold in corn starch, vinegar and vanilla extract.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Pipe 3 inch round discs of meringue onto a parchment covered sheet pan.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Turn off oven and allow to cool - leave meringue in over for another 2 hours.
Top with whipped cream and berries.
