The Ohio primary is Tuesday, March 6. Here are the biggest races on the ballots. For a complete list, visit the link above.

Republican ballot only

In addition to the GOP presidential candidate, there are several other big races on the ballot for the March 6 primary.

U.S. Senator candidates are Russell Bliss Jr., David Dodt, Donna Glisman, Eric LaMont Gregory, Josh Mandel and Michael Pryce.

U.S. Representative of the Fifth District candidates are Bob Latta and Bob Wallis.

U.S. Representative of the Ninth District candidates are Steven Krauss and Samuel Wurzelbacher.

Judge candidates for the 6th District Court of Appeals are Robert Christiansen and James Jenson.

Ohio Senator District 2 candidates are Randy Gardner and Michelle McCauley.

Lucas County Commissioner candidates are John Marshall and Thomas Stamos.

 

Democrat ballot only

U.S. Representative of the Ninth District candidates are Marcy Kaptur, Dennis Kucinich and Graham Veysey.

Ohio Supreme Court candidates are William O'Neill and Fanon Rucker.

Lucas County Recorder candidates are Phillip Copeland, Kevin Eff and James Seaman.

 

Non-partisan races on both ballots

Issue 1 is the 3/4 percent continued income tax.

Issue 3 is the Evergreen School Levy.

Issue 4 is the 4 County Joint Vocational School Tax.

Issue 5 is the Swanton School Levy.

Issue 6 is the Springfield Township local option to sell alcohol on Sundays at Walmart.
