Napoleon man charged federally for exploitation of minors

ROSSFORD, OH (WTOL) - The Rossford Police Department reported Wednesday that they have assisted the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency in the arrest of Theodore Harmon, 54, of Napoleon, Ohio.

Harmon has been charged federally with crimes involving the exploitation of minors, and is currently being held in the Lucas County Jail. He faces a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 30 years in a federal prison.

Harmon had arranged online to travel to the Knights Inn on Buck Road in Rossford to engage in illicit sexual activity with a minor. The person he was corresponding with was actually the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency, and the undercover operation was completed when Harmon arrived at the Rossford hotel.
