MAUMEE, OH (WTOL) - John Tucker, 65, was arraigned in Maumee Municipal Court Friday for charges related to a chain-reaction semi crash that killed three people last August.
The truck driver from Michigan faces three counts each of vehicular homicide, vehicular manslaughter and causing a fatality through negligent operation of a commercial motor vehicle.
Tucker was driving a semi truck on Interstate 475 near Dussel when he crashed into wreckage from an earlier accident.
Tucker has been released until a May pretrial.
