Grilled Brie with Fig and Prosciutto
Spread fig jam on unbuttered side of all bread slices
On four slices top fig jam coated side with brie
Divide prosciutto amon the four slices
Top with other bread slice jam side down
Grill in a Panini maker or in a skillet till browned and crisp serve with a green salad on the side dressed with vinegar based dressing.
