Police: Akron mother forced daughter to prostitute

AKRON, OH (WOIO) -

An Akron mother accused of forcing her young daughter into prostitution.

Jacqueline Toro-Williams is charged with compelling prostitution and promoting prostitution.

Police say the 37-year-old forced her then 11-year-old daughter to engage in sexual conduct for money.

The activity went on for a year or more.
