ADRIAN, MI (TOLEDO NEWS NOW) - Three men are in jail after police they lied about a shooting in Adrian, the Daily Telegram reports.

Initially, the men told police an 18-year-old Hudson, MI man was shot in the leg during a robbery on Erie Street. However, they later changed the story to say the victim asked his friends to shoot him in order to get disability payments.
