SANDUSKY, OH (TOLEDO NEWS NOW) - President Barack Obama will visit Washington Park in Sandusky on Thursday afternoon.

There is no information available yet on how people can attend the event.

The visit is scheduled for 3:40 p.m. according to the Sandusky Register. Roads will close in the area prior to, during and after the event. The Register reports the following road closures around the park from noon to 5:30 p.m.:

Jackson Street to the West,

Hancock Street to the East,

Market Street to the North,

and Adams Street to the South

There will be restricted access to Washington Park. Local traffic can get through with ID according to the Register.

The visit is part of a two-day "Betting on America" bus tour through Northern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.
