You can see Emilie Voss weeknights on both WTOL 11 and FOX Toledo.
She is excited to be back in the Midwest. Emilie is originally from California, but during her 2 years as a morning anchor in Michigan, she fell in love with this region. She loves the people, outdoors, and the weather. She is one of those odd people who is happiest on a cold dreary day. Snow? Even better!
Emilie spent the last 6 years as a morning anchor. Most recently she was in Palm Springs, California, where she was voted Best TV Personality in Desert Magazine. Before that she was up bright and early in Lansing, Michigan. She is looking forward to sleeping in now past 3AM.
Emilie started her career on the Western Slope of Colorado in Grand Junction. She was a weekend anchor and reporter. She also shot and edited most of her own stories, and produced the newscasts she anchored.
Although well aware she is now in Buckeye Country, Emilie is a Trojan fan. She graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Broadcast Journalism, and a minor in theater.
Outside of work she loves to travel, hike and do pretty much anything outdoors. She is excited to explore everything Northwest Ohio has to offer!
