Monroe Street resurfacing project complete, all lanes open

TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) - After weeks of construction, Monroe Street has finally reopened.

In conjunction with the Monroe Street Resurfacing Project, and to allow the contractor to perform milling and concrete repair work, the curb lanes were closed in both directions on Monroe Street between Central Avenue and Crary Drive starting April 23.

The final completion date for the project was expected to be August 2012.
