1) While the pan is warming up lightly salt and pepper the shrimp.
2) Add oil and place shrimp in pan on their side for even cooking.
3) Cook for 1 minute then flip shrimp over.
4) Add garlic, shallots, sundried tomatoes, artichokes and lightly saute.
5) Deglaze with white wine.
6) Add chicken stock, whole butter, parsley, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
7) Reduce until the sauce starts to thicken.
8) When plating, first put the shrimp on the plate and then top with the sauce.
